Product Description

Completely hand forged knives from the famed   Kokajikai knife makers in Sakai. These are 3 layer Warikomi White #1 Carbon steel. Fantastic geometry and edge holding.

Blade - 3 layers of White #1 Carbon steel, Kiritsuke tip. Bunka and Gyuto are double bevel, while the Yanagi is traditional right handed single bevel.

Handle - Traditional wa handle featuring Japanese Magnolia wood and water buffalo horn ferrule. Oval on the double bevel (for ambidextrous use) and D handle on the Yanagi.
